Arrange to have a viewing with us* BEFORE you go home for Christmas (note: viewings don’t have to take place before the end of term, they just need to be booked in) and we’ll enter you into our prize draw to win a £100 AMAZON voucher!*

Refer a friend and if they book a viewing with us before the end of term we’ll enter your BOTH into the draw!

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- You must be 18 or over to enter this competition
- Giveaway is open to Loughborough University Students only
- You must quote XMAS100 when you book your viewing to be entered into the draw
- Prize consists of 1 x £100 AMAZON Gift Voucher to be delivered electronically to the winner
- The deadline for bookings to be entered into the prize draw is 11:59 GMT, on the last day of Autumn Term at Loughborough University
- Viewings DON’T have to take place before the end of term, but they MUST be booked by the deadline stated above
- Viewings must be booked using your Loughborough University email address (this is to ensure valid bookings)
- The prize draw winner will be chosen at random using https://wheelofnames.com/* within 24 hours of the closing date. The draw will be recorded and posted on our social media for transparency. (*names will be substituted for booking references for data protection purposes)
- The winner will be notified via email, along with instructions on how to claim their £100 AMAZON voucher. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
- The prize will be dispatched* within 24 hours of the winner claiming their prize, i.e. responding to the email notifying them they have won. (*delivered electronically via email)
- Prize cannot be redeemed for cash
