What amenities will my Student House come with?
Our Loughborough Student homes all come with the basic amenities you’d expect in any home. Featuring kitchen appliances, bathrooms as well as things such as a TV point in every bedroom. In fact, all our houses are equipped with state of the art TV distribution systems which allow crystal clear images in all rooms. The cost of a TV Licence is included in the All Inclusive Package.
What is included in the All Inclusive Package?
Our all-inclusive package for students is the best in Loughborough; it’s a budgeted allowance scheme that is added to the rent to cover the cost of Water Rates and TV Licence along with all the bills for electricity & gas supplies and superfast Virgin Media internet [up to 500Mbs]. Also, any unused allowance for electricity & gas will be refunded at the end of the tenancy.

Will we have to pay anything prior to the start of the tenancy?
There is nothing to pay until July when the tenancy starts. Unlike other student housing providers, we don’t charge a signing fee for any of our Loughborough student houses. To confirm your reservations, simply sign a tenancy agreement. At the start of the tenancy, there is a returnable security deposit of £250 per tenant to pay.
With such a large house, will it be well maintained?
We take great pride in the high standard of accommodation and the level of service that we provide at Andrew Chell. We promptly take care of any maintenance problems that you report and will work with you to arrange a suitable date and time to carry out all required work.
