The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges both for people and society. It is clear that innovation is more important now than ever before... and in anticipation that viewings might be restricted for the 2021/2022 letting season, for most of our houses we have created a QUICK video tour, and a FULL length video tour with commentary; the tours were filmed in July 2020.
GOV.UK has made it clear that letting agencies can continue to operate and viewings can take place during the second national lockdown, which began on 5 November 2020 and will continue until at least 2 December 2020. Under the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) Regulations 2020, activities in connection with rental of a residential property have been made exceptions to the "stay at home" guidance.
These activities include:
- Visiting letting agents.
- Viewing residential properties to look for a property to rent.
COVID-19: Viewings during lockdown

- Physical viewings are permitted, but where prospective renters will be entering the property, it should involve no more than 2 households at any one time; this limit includes the landlord.
